Welcome to our Trusitfy cryptocurrency wallet (“Service”). By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or other offerings (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Platform.
a) Eligibility: You must be the age of majority in your province or country to create and maintain a wallet. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this requirement.
b) Account Creation: You may be required to provide certain personal information to create a wallet. You agree to provide accurate, complete information and to keep such information updated.
c) Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding access to your wallet, including your recovery phrase and any passwords. Any activity under your wallet is your responsibility.
a) Outgoing Transactions: In certain cases, you must maintain sufficient liquidity or meet specific cash-flow thresholds before you can make outgoing transactions. The Service will notify you if additional funds or deposits are necessary to complete your transfer.
b) Fees and Charges: You agree to pay any applicable network fees, transaction fees, or other charges incurred by your transactions. These fees may vary depending on network conditions and other factors.
a) Sending Crypto Assets: Some transactions may require verification of sufficient cash-flow or balance to complete a transfer. You acknowledge that any transaction may be delayed, declined, or reversed if we or our partners detect insufficient funds.
b) Fees and Charges: You agree to pay any applicable network fees, transaction fees, or other charges incurred by your transactions. These fees may vary depending on network congestion and other factors.
a) Compliance Checks: All crypto assets on our Platform may be subject to Anti–Money Laundering (AML) and other compliance checks in accordance with Canadian regulations and industry standards.
b) Additional Verification: If your assets or account activity is deemed suspicious or potentially linked to fraudulent or illegal transactions, we may request additional information or verification before processing further actions.
c) Regulatory Cooperation: We reserve the right to share relevant information with law enforcement or regulatory agencies if we are required to do so by law, or if we reasonably believe it necessary to investigate potential misconduct.
You agree not to use the Platform to violate any laws, infringe on any intellectual property, or conduct fraudulent or malicious activities. Any such violations may result in the suspension or termination of your access.
The content, design, and code on the Platform are owned or licensed by us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the Platform for personal use, but you may not copy, modify, or distribute any portion of it without our prior written consent.
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any information is accurate or reliable.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Platform, including any loss of crypto assets.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of your violation of these Terms, the rights of any third party, or any applicable law.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Platform (or any part thereof) at any time, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms by posting the revisions on this page, and your continued use of the Platform after such posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
